We require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking plus a security deposit of 180 pounds or 200 euro, with the remaining 80% being paid no later than 30 days before arrival. We do not get involved with complex contracts or security deposits. We have a simple registration form that documents the terms and provides two way contact information. Once this form is completed and returned and your deposit has cleared we confirm your booking. We trust our guests to replace anything they break or contact us to arrive at a resolution for any significant damage.
